Time-Variant Reliability-Based Multi-Objective Fuzzy Design Optimization for Anti-Roll Torsion Bar of EMU

چکیده

Although various types of anti-roll torsion bars have been developed to inhibit excessive roll angle the electric multiple unit (EMU) car body, it is critical ensure reliability structural design due complexity problems involving time and uncertainties. To address this issue, a multi-objective fuzzy optimization model constructed considering time-variant stiffness strength constraints for bar. A hybrid strategy combining experiment (DoE) sampling non-linear programming by quadratic lagrangian (NLPQL) presented deal with model. characterize effect on performance bar, continuous-time combined Ito lemma proposed establish constraints. Fuzzy mathematics employed conduct uncertainty quantification parameters physical approach used improve designer’s preference make results more consistent engineering practices. Moreover, effectiveness method has validated comparing current methods in practical case.
